Vaughn Howard Dill, age 95 of Bryan, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2007 in the Bremond Nursing Home. He was born April 6, 1912 in East Bernard, Texas and lived in Bryan since 1972.
He was a retired Painting and Decorating Contractor and enjoyed fishing, carpentry and gardening.
He was preceded in death by his wife Sophie Dill and son-in-law Billy Batten.
Survivors include his daughter Mary Ann Batten and a grandson Howard Wayne Batten both of Bryan.
Funeral Services will be held at 1pm Wednesday at Hillier Funeral Home with Monsignor John McCaffrey officiating. Interment will follow at Steep Hollow Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 7-8pm this evening and from noon-1pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
