God was very important to Thala. She was a deeply religious woman and faithfully attended church. She was a member at Christ United Methodist Church and participated in the Senior Sunday School.
The greatest joy in Thala's life was her beautiful family. She was a kind, generous, and dedicated mother who would do absolutely anything for the ones she loved the most. Her children and grandchildren were her whole world. She always taught her family to do the right thing, work hard for what you want, and be your true self.
