Susano Banda Martínez falleció pacíficamente a los brazos del Señor el domingo 5 de mayo de 2024. Nació en El Tepozán, San Luis Potosí, México el 25 de noviembre de 1935, hijo de Francisco Banda M. y María Félix Martínez C. Susano vivió su vida al máximo con amor, risas y trabajo duro.

Susano conoció al amor de su vida, María Guadalupe, y se unieron en matrimonio el 8 de enero de 1968, dando la bienvenida a su primer hijo de nueve hijos en 1971. Tanto Susano como Guadalupe esperaban brindar un futuro mejor a su familia y decidieron venirse a los Estados Unidos en 1981. En los Estados Unidos, Susano trabajó en varias ocupaciones, incluido el paisajismo en Bryan ISD. Susano era conocido como un handyman y completaba varios proyectos domésticos para embellecer su hogar.

A Susano le encantaba la jardinería, específicamente la sávila.

Susano amaba a su familia y disfrutaba jugar al Connect 4 con su esposa.

En su tiempo libre, además de la jardinería, Susano disfrutaba completar sopas de letras.

Susano era una persona orientada por su familia. Amaba mucho a su familia, pero tenía un amor muy especial para sus nietos. Susano disfrutaba pasar tiempo con su esposa.

A Susano le sobreviven su amada esposa de 56 años María Guadalupe, sus hijos Angélica (Carmelo), Raúl (Jackie), Elidia (Jorge), Susano Jr, Joel, Oscar y David (Susanna), su nuera Norma, sus nietos Daniel, Juan Martin Jr, Lili, Maribel, Priscila, Briana, José, Lorenzo, Jazmin, Christian, Alexis, Ava, Giovani, Anthony & Jonathan, hermanos Lidia, María del Refugio, María Guadalupe y Antonio.

Susano Banda Martínez passed away peacefully into the arms of the Lord on Sunday, May 5th, 2024. Born in El Tepozán, San Luis Potosí, Mexico on November 25th, 1935, to Francisco Banda M. & Maria Felix Martinez C., Susano lived his life to the fullest with love, laughter, and hard work.

Susano met the love of his life, Maria Guadalupe, and joined together in holy matrimony on January 8th, 1968, welcoming their first child out of nine children in 1971. Susano and Guadalupe hoped to provide a better future for their family and decided to come to the United States in 1981. In the United States, Susano worked in various fields, including landscaping in Bryan ISD. Susano was known as a handyman, completing various household projects to beautify his home.

Susano had a love for gardening, specifically the aloe Vera (savila).

Susano had a love for his family and enjoyed playing connect four with his wife.

In his downtime, besides gardening, Susano enjoyed completing word search puzzles. 

Susano was a very family-oriented person. He loved his family dearly, but he had an extra special love for his grandchildren. Susano enjoyed spending time with his wife.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco & Maria Felix; brothers Jesus, Carlos, Arturo, & Alfredo; sons, Juan & Juan Martin; and grandson, Miguel Angel.

Susano is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years Maria Guadalupe; children, Angelica (Carmelo), Raul (Jackie), Elidia (Jorge), Susano Jr, Joel, Oscar & David (Susanna); daughter-in-law Norma; grandchildren, Daniel, Juan Martin Jr, Lili, Maribel, Priscila, Briana, José, Lorenzo, Jazmin, Christian, Alexis, Ava, Giovani, Anthony & Jonathan; and siblings, Lidia, Maria del Refugio, Maria Guadalupe, & Antonio.
