Ruble Frank Smith, Jr.

Ruble F. Smith, Jr., 74, of Anderson, Texas passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.

Ruble was born on January 19, 1948 in Brazos County, the son of Ruble Sr. and Alma Smith. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother and will be missed by all who knew him. He enjoyed fishing and ranching.

Ruble is preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Smith; parents, Ruble Sr. and Alma Smith; brother, Tommy Smith; and sister, Cora Ann Scott.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, two daughters, Debbie Heuermann and husband Keith, and Kim Beene and husband Scott; one sister, Ernestine Walther; brother-in-law, Allen Jones; three grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler Heuermann, and Brice Beene; one great-grandchild, Leanna Richards; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
