Lou Anne Workman a long-time resident of College Station, Texas, died August 12, 2021, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's Disease at the Hospice Brazos Valley Inpatient Facility in College Station.

She is survived by Michael, her husband of fifty-six years, son Jeffrey Workman and wife Leasa, daughter Alena Dyson; her grandchildren, Alex Workman, Matthew Dyson, and Callie Dyson.

Lou Anne was active within this community for many years as a volunteer for Hospice Auxiliary Brazos Valley, an active member of A&M United Methodist Church, and a vital member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood, Chapter EQ. She took delight in her children and grandchildren, loved the opportunity to travel with her husband over decades, and spending as much time as possible helping others in any way possible. She always gave more than she received.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at A&M United Methodist Church on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at 10:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice Brazos Valley or A&M United Methodist Church.
