A ladies eyes and smile can tell it all
Soft voice, loving heart, oh how I'm so grateful
To have known you, and loved you my whole life
The love you gave was grand, as a mom, maw maw and wife
You were a smart lady and fierce to no end
Someone all could trust and on you could depend
Your courage, your strength is far beyond one could believe
You fought 'til the end, and now you are set free
A true survivor, of all that came your way
with the lord by your side, and strong faith everyday
Breast cancer you beat, only stronger you became
Country girl, burning brush, drinking wine, simple ways, not looking for fame
Maw Maw Tractor, one of a kind, fair, loving and true
Little lessons and faith learned on visits with you
Mom, also fair, with two crazy girls to raise
You handled it with poise, you were there for us through every faze
As a wife, you had your hands full, speaking of dad
he was a jokester, and stubborn but loved each other with all you had
52 years of memories with both growth and loss
It worked, with dads wit and your faith in the cross
Dementia is a disease, far from a joke, all must be aware
It takes away your loved one, which is far from fair
As our mom, maw maw and great grandma, the family does agree
We hate to see you leave us here on earth, but your our angel now and you have been set free
