Linda Graham Weaver

August 1, 1947 — May 3, 2023

Linda G. Weaver, 75, passed away May 3, 2023, at her residence in Navasota.

Linda was born in Bryan to Calhoun and Edith Graham. She grew up in Bryan and graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in 1965. She then attended Texas Tech University.

In her early adult years, she worked for the US Marshals Service and Senator John Hightower in Dallas.

She spent many of the next years raising her two children, Tres and Courtney Caffall. She also spent her time volunteering for different organizations including the Republican National Party, Bryan Woman’s Club, Junior League, First United Methodist Church of Bryan, Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts.

In March 1996, she met her great love, Richard, and they married December 2, 1996. They spent the next 26 years together creating a beautiful home and taking road trips together to their beloved Santa Fe, NM and Cody, WY.

Linda lived a full and vibrant life, she endured multiple hardships throughout her time, but continued to enjoy the beauty in things. She was extremely talented and artistic and used those abilities in her gardening, painting backdrops for school performances, decorating her home, and creating a magazine worthy Christmas tree for her family.

She never met a stranger and made friends across the U.S. on her travels. If you knew Linda, you knew her support, her beauty, and her devotion.

Linda is survived by her spouse and best friend, Richard Weaver; her daughter, Courtney (Caffall) Clark, and son in law, Patrick Clark; stepson, Clinton Weaver, and daughter in law, RicAndrea Weaver.

“Bunny,” her grandmother name, leaves behind seven loved grandchildren, Lela Weaver, Ethan, Cory, Kelly, Brian, Damian, and Nora Clark.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Acara Hospice in College Station.
