Josephine Shenkir

A graveside service for Josephine Ann Shenkir, 89 of The Woodlands will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15 at
Restever Memorial Park Cemetery located at 5103 N. Texas Ave.,
Bryan. Father Ed Karasek of Lockhart will officiate.

Mrs. Shenkir was born January 9, 1930 in Temple to Joseph and Anna Psencik. She married Calvin Edward Shenkir, Sr. on July 24, 1947 in Temple.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Larry Wayne Shenkir; and brothers; Johnny Psencik, Alfred Psencik and Edwin Psencik.

Survivors include a son, Calvin Edward Shenkir, Jr. of Temple; a daughter, Becky Caywood of Spring; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
