Janice Lynn Eubank Matcek, 59, was born July 11, 1962 and passed from this life on the evening of February 18, 2022

Janice was born to Fred Gibson and Katie McCleney Eubank in Bryan, TX. Janice never met a stranger; she could strike up a conversation with anyone about anything. You were automatically her friend after one conversation! Janice loved life, her family, sparkling accessories, boots, jeans, karaoke, and her dog, Rocky. Janice loved to help in any way that she could; she truly had a servant’s heart and passed that trait on to her two daughters. She loved baking and cooking, but she also loved sharing. If you met Janice, you were sure to hear at least one story about Mandi, Misti, or Clayton.

Janice was welcomed into Heaven by her father, mother, and sister, Melba Kay Carr. Janice is survived by her fiancé, Glen “Buck” Mitchell of Bryan; her daughters Mandi Weathers and her husband David of Bryan, Misti Martin of Corpus Christi; her grandson Clayton Weathers of Bryan; sister, Lou Ann Eubank and brother Randall Eubank, both of Bryan; Brother-in-law John Carr of Waco; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
