Gilbert G. Diaz, 50, of Bryan, lost his battle with Liver Disease on Thursday, December 27, 2007 at St. Joseph Regional Health Center.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, December 30, 2007 at Hillier Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. untill 8:00 p.m. at Hillier Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Restever Memorial Park in Bryan.
Gilbert loved life. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Gilbert also enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing, camping and hunting.
Survivors: Wife: Gloria of Bryan; brother: Andrew Ruiz of Bryan; sister: Tina Rodriguez and husband Mike of Bryan; mother: Esmeraldina Garza of Bryan; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; aunt: Tina Andrada of San Antonio; cousin; Michael Andrada of San Antonio who he considered a brother; and faithful companion: Colby his pet dog.
