Elizabeth Marie Berger

Elizabeth “Marie” Berger, 80, of Bryan, Texas, passed away on May 23, 2023.

Marie was born on July 10, 1942 in Bryan to her parents, Mary Krolczyk Berger and William S. Berger. She spent her childhood growing up in Bryan and graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School.

Marie had a successful and enjoyable career as a travel agent. She was also an active member in the Business Professional Women’s Association.

In her spare time she enjoyed traveling, attending family reunions in Gause, Texas, and going to the kolache festival.

Some of the most important things in her life included her family and Catholic faith. Marie was a strong, caring, kind, and loving woman. Her family and friends will always remember her beautiful smile and joyful personality. She will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to have known her.

Marie is reunited in heaven with her parents, Mary Krolczyk Berger and William S. Berger; brother, Kenneth Gene Berger; aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins.

Marie is survived by her brother, William Glen “Billy” Berger; and her niece and nephew, Shana C. Berger and Wade Berger whom she loved like children. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
