Richard “Rick” Craig Dysart, 69 of College Station, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bryan. The funeral service is at 10:00am Saturday, March 10, 2018 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in College Station.

Rick was born October 14, 1948 in Corpus Christi to Homer & Marcelle (Evans) Dysart. He was married to his current wife Lorrie Dysart on November 4, 1992, and they gave birth to their son Jacob in 1994.

He enjoyed spending his time reading classic books, bonsai artistry, playing guitar, and perfecting the craft of baking bread. But his most fond memories included fishing with his son just outside their home while living at Hilltop Lakes. Rick also missioned to help those who were affected by dependencies, as he had received God’s almighty grace in his own spiritual experience.

Surviving are his wife, Lorrie; their son, Jacob; their two daughters, Rain (Aron) Nelson and Meghan Johanning; and his son Josh and granddaughter Kia.

Philippians 4:7 - “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus”
