Nellie wasn't afraid of anything or anyone. There were two things Nellie was afraid of: Water,, because she never learned to swim, and fire. She didn't like asking anyone for help, she was very independent. She drove herself to the Senior Center everyday because she loved to spend time with her friends there. She would even drive herself to go shopping! Nellie had an emaculate sense of humor! She was always joking around and making others laugh. She was always happy, loving, and caring. She always had a great outlook on life.
Nellie loved to travel, especially trips to Colorado seeing the snow on top of the mountains and going to casinos. Some of her hobbies included reading, sewing, collecting recipes, and playing Bingo. She loved flowers, and had a green thumb for gardening. Nellie loved the Spring, because all the flowers started blooming and the trees started budding. She loved to watch the hummingbirds too. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles. Nellie loved the holidays because it meant she was surrounded with family. Her favorite holiday was Christmas, when all the family got together!
