Rosalba Huerta Felix, 57, of Caldwell, left this life for Heaven on September 15, 2019, after spending so many loving years with her family.
Rosalba was born on January 30, 1962, in Mexico City, as the daughter of Bernardo Huerta Alvarez and Eulalia Felix Arias. On April 13, 2015, she married her loving husband, Christopher Martinez. Together, they were able to share a lovely life together filled with happy memories.
Rosalba was a loving wife, mother of three, and grandmother of eight. Rosalba worked hard to support her family. She had earned her Associates Degree and was working in the Culinary Industry. Cooking was her passion and talent. She was gifted in the kitchen and loved to cook for her family. She was very health minded and incorporated nutrition in her cooking. Rosalba's family and friends knew she had a good heart and was a very caring and gracious woman. She cared about the environment and was very eco-friendly. She also enjoyed arts and crafts, and always loved to make gifts for anyone.
Rosalba was preceded in death by her sister, Laura Huerta Felix. She is survived by her parents, Bernardo Huerta Alvarez and Eulalia Felix Arias; husband, Christopher Martinez; her loving children, Cristobal Rocha Huerta, Renata Rocha Huerta, and Rosalba Romina Rocha Huerta; siblings, Maria Araceli Huerta Felix, Blanca Elvia Huerta Felix, and Patricia Huerta Felix. Rosalba is also survived by eight grandchildren; Natasha Fernando Ibarra, Ivy Briana Ibarra, Jayleen Ivana Ibarra, Zitlaly Arlyne Ibarra, Chanler Martinez, Chaden Martinez, Caelynn Martinez, and Bryson West, and by her devoted dog, Muñeca.
Family and friends are invited to the Funeral Mass at 10 am on Friday, September 27th at St. Mary's Catholic Center to celebrate Rosalba's life.
