Betty Butler

Betty Jean Butler was born September 17, 1928, to JD Campbell and Manie Janks Campbell in Corpus Christi, Texas. Shortly afterwards, she was adopted by Raymond J. Uehlinger and his wife, Anna Mae Feaster Uehlinger. She grew up in Corpus Christi in a loving home.

Betty married the love of her life, Chub Poole Butler in 1970. She loved crafting and was an artist. During her life, she has traveled across the USA working with the rodeo and on several ranches until she settled down in Freer, Texas, with Pool Butler. She could hunt and shoot with the best.

She was adored and spoiled by her family.

Betty is survived by daughters- Donna Butler Black (Joseph), Kathy Fraker Rice (Paul) and Rayanna Kelley Widger (Monty), son James Roy Pugh Jr., grandsons Matthew Butler, Ryan Butler, Dylan Kelly, Joshua Rice, Monty Widger and Marty Widger. granddaughters Leanna Widger Sinner, Billy Widger Ewing and Rhonda Widger, 16 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
